How is this website built?
- Every page has one main heading, a logical heading order and a skip link to the content.
- All controls, including the menu, the request bar and the map button, work with a keyboard and show a visible focus outline.
- Illustrations have text alternatives, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- Text and buttons are sized for phones, pages work at 360 pixels wide without sideways scrolling, and you can zoom freely.
- We load no third-party scripts, so nothing jumps around while you read. The Google map on the home page loads only when you ask for it.
- Colours meet the contrast levels recommended by WCAG 2.1 AA, which is the standard we aim for.
What does the hotel publish about access?
Two of its three room types, the King Accessible and the King Suite, have an accessible bathroom with a roll-in shower. The operator's accessibility plan commits it to the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and to staff training in accessible customer service. Service animals are welcome without pet fees and may go where pets cannot, including the gaming floor. Details: King Accessible.
What is not published?
Grab bars, shower seats, bed heights, door widths, visual alarms, hearing loops and accessible parking spaces. Ask the hotel directly about the features you need, or put them in your request notes and our desk will ask for you and pass on the answer in writing.
