How does it work?

1. You send the form below. It takes about a minute, and only name, email and the consent box are required.
2. Our desk checks your dates with the hotel's reservations team or with a booking partner, including the room type and any notes, such as a dog, a show night or an accessible bathroom.
3. We reply by email, usually within one business day, with the room, the rate, what it includes and the cancellation terms.
4. If you accept, the booking is completed by the hotel or the partner, who will take payment details through their own system. We never ask for card numbers.

What should we put in the notes?

Anything that changes the answer: the weight of your dog, whether you need the roll-in shower, a preference for the garden side, a show at The Nest, an event at the property, a late arrival. The more we know, the fewer emails it takes.

Is it cheaper than booking direct?

Not by design. The rate you get through us is the rate the hotel or the partner offers for those dates; our commission is paid by them, not added to your bill. Sometimes a partner has a better rate, sometimes the hotel does. If booking directly is better for you, we will say so. The hotel's own booking line and pages are on greatcanadian.com.

What happens to our details?

We use them to answer this request and, if you accept an offer, to pass them to the hotel or the partner who completes the booking. We do not sell them and we do not send newsletters. Full details: privacy notice.
