When is the suite worth it?
When you are staying more than one night. When there are four of you and two would rather not share a bed. When someone in the group needs an accessible bathroom and the others want space. When you are working through Friday and want a desk that is not next to the pillows. And when you would like to eat breakfast in your own time: a fridge, a microwave and a sink are enough for coffee, yogurt and a loaf from one of Port Perry's bakeries.
Is it a full kitchen?
No, and the hotel does not call it one in the detail list; it names a microwave, a fridge, a sink, plates and cutlery. There is no stove or oven on the list. Think reheated leftovers and breakfast, not Sunday roast.
How many people can sleep comfortably?
The hotel's maximum is four: two in the king bed, two on the sofa bed. For two adults and two children it works well. For four adults it works for a night, especially if two of them are the kind of friends who fall asleep anywhere.
Why a powder room?
Because the main bathroom has a roll-in shower and is laid out for access, the suite adds a second, smaller room with a toilet and a basin. In practice that means fewer queues in the morning, which, with four people and one check-out time of 11 a.m., is a real comfort.
How many suites are there?
The hotel does not say. With 116 rooms in total, suites are likely to be the scarce type, so if you want one for a show weekend, ask early. Our desk checks availability before we answer, and we will say plainly if none is free.

Children are welcome in the suite; they cannot go onto the casino floor or into restaurants on it. Read the family rules.
